REFUND & RETURN POLICY

RETURN WINDOW

We gladly accept return requests within 14 days of delivery for store credit only.

To be eligible for return, items must be:

• Unworn
• Unused
• In original condition
• In original packaging
• Accompanied by proof of purchase

Items showing signs of wear, scratches, damage, alteration, or improper handling will not be accepted.

We kindly ask that all items be inspected immediately upon receipt. Any claims regarding defects, damage, or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.


RETURNS PROCESS

To initiate a return, please email us at ludanijewelry@gmail.com with your order number within 14 days of delivery.

All returns must be approved prior to shipment. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

LuDani is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.


NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return:

• Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
• Sale or discounted items
• Items marked as final sale
• Local pickup orders once accepted at pickup

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.


DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of:

• The item
• The packaging
• The shipping label

Failure to report within this timeframe may result in denial of the claim.


LOCAL PICKUP ORDERS

All local pickup orders must be inspected at the time of pickup. Once accepted, the item is considered final sale unless a manufacturing defect is identified at that time.


STORE CREDIT

Approved returns will receive store credit equal to the purchase price, excluding original shipping charges.

Store credit will be issued once the returned item has been received and inspected.
