Shipping Policy

PROCESSING TIMES

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

During peak periods, launches, or holidays, processing times may be slightly extended.


DELIVERY TIMES

Delivery times vary based on destination and carrier service selected at checkout.

Estimated delivery dates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. LuDani is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.


ADDRESS ACCURACY

Customers are responsible for ensuring that shipping information is accurate at checkout.

Once a package has been marked as “Delivered” by the carrier, LuDani is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you experience an issue, we recommend contacting the carrier directly to initiate a claim.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or unclaimed package, the customer will be responsible for the reshipping fee.

Address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been processed.


DELIVERED PACKAGES

Once a package has been marked as “Delivered” by the carrier, LuDani is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If you experience an issue with a delivered package, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly to initiate a claim.

For added security, customers may select shipping options that require signature confirmation at checkout.


LOCAL PICKUP

We offer scheduled local pickup by appointment for customers in the Santa Clarita, California area.

If you would like to arrange local pickup instead of shipping, please contact us prior to placing your order.

All local pickup orders must be paid in full online before scheduling. We do not accept cash payments at pickup.

Orders must be picked up within 7 days of confirmation unless otherwise arranged.
